With decades of experience in people leadership, experience design, and relationship intelligence, I’ve built my career on one thing: decoding where communication breaks down and turning those moments into opportunities for understanding, restoration, and growth.

My work lives at the intersection of humanity and strategy. Whether I’m breaking down emotional game film from a Fortune 500 boardroom, a kitchen-table conversation, or the frontlines of customer experiences, my throughline is always the same: high-stakes conversations require more than words, they require clarity, compassion, and consciousness.

I’m part coach, part commentator, and full-time truth-teller, known for turning real-life disconnects into practical, human-centered playbooks that help people see themselves and each other more clearly. My flagship series, He Said…She Heard: The Playbook, uses the language of sports to decode emotional communication, helping people understand each other without blame, shame, or defensiveness.

I started tabs2cents to not just teach communication, but to rewrite how it works.
I wanted playbooks that would help people and organizations lead with clarity, connect with compassion, and move with consciousness so every interaction builds trust, drives connection, and contributes to the whole.
